The sea, together with the Portuguese language, is one of the greatest treasures of Portugal! Our geographical condition, of a territory at the ends of the Earth, has marked not only our History, but also the destiny and character of the Portuguese. A History in which, for a long time, the options were limited to either defying the sea, or isolation. My poem 'Farol' (Lighthouse) was published in a Portuguese literary anthology revolving around the topic of the sea and its fundamental relationship with Portuguese culture. It was released in September 2021 and is now available to purchase from the publisher.
