Scope
The Idea & Challenge
Maintaining and extending a mission-critical transactional backend handling credit card authorization, capture, alternative payment methods, and airline loyalty systems.
Role & Technical Scope
Consultant Software Engineer (via Aubay) in Sophia-Antipolis. Stream leader for the Korean Airlines Loyalty System interface, developing payment services in C++, Oracle DB, and Python.
Outcome & Learning
Maintained high-availability transactional payment infrastructure and delivered the Korean Airlines Loyalty System integration in Sophia-Antipolis.
- High-Throughput Reliability: Engineered and monitored core transactional payment services handling credit card authorizations, capture, alternative payment methods, and fraud screening for high-volume airline systems.
- Stream Leadership: Served as stream leader for the Korean Airlines Loyalty System interface, developing integration services in C++, Oracle DB, Python, and XML schemas on UNIX.
